A Perfect Barbecue ?EUR" from choosing a place to barbecue recipes

Summer is the best time to organize barbecues. Meeting family and friends in the fresh air and enjoy a delicious meal does not have to be either difficult to organize nor expensive. With some good ideas and simple solutions you can enjoy it to the maximum. After all, it is one of the most popular ways of spending free time outdoors. Grill is easy to use and you can cook literally everything on it - meat, vegetables, fish, cheese, and even fruit. Barbecues are best to be organized in big gardens. Preparing such a party on the balcony is not recommended because the smoke and strong odors can disturb neighbors.

Take care of the equipment

It is good to prepare already at the start of the season and begin with the purchase of the necessary equipment. The prices of portable barbecues depend mainly on their type (you can choose charcoal, electric or gas barbecues), size and brand. The cheapest and simplest are the charcoal grills, but you have to realize the fact that this kind of grill gets dirty quickly and it is probable it will be used only for one season. More expensive, but robustness barbecues will probably serve you longer. Electric and gas grills can be already very expensive, but will surely stay in good shape much longer than the above types. Their biggest advantage is that they can fire in all weather conditions. These grills are always on wheels and have a lid, and additionally are often made of stainless steel or fitted with replaceable surface. No matter which model you choose, you will also need the necessary cutlery set: barbecue knife, meat fork and spatula to turn grilled dishes. The stores offer the special barbecue sets.

Choose charcoal and firewood

Normally, carbon grill burns on charcoal or briquettes. However, the food will taste better if we choose charcoal. Choose thicker lumps of coal, because it easier to burn. Briquette is a block compressed coal dust, there is also coconut briquette available on the market - it burns longer than charcoal, which allows longer grilling. You have to remember that some of these substances can be harmful. It is not good to inflame the grill with a lighter. Using Hardwood or special long matches is a better idea. If it seems difficult, it is possible to use some odorless paraffin oil. However, remember to use them only at the beginning of grilling, when food is not yet on the grid.

Find a good place

Choose a part of a plot or garden that is sheltered from the wind. Don't organize the party, if it blows too hard, because it is difficult to control the flame in such conditions. Place the grill on a hard and even surface so that it remains stable. Remember that the fire should not be too strong, because it will burn the food. It is best when the charcoal is glowing evenly on the entire surface.

Think of what you serve to your guests

The most popular grilled food is the sausage and pork, but there are many interesting barbecue recipes and it is worth to try poultry, vegetables and grilled fish. It is good to marinate the meat before grilling - it will be juicier and much tastier. You can pour some oil on the grate while grilling, so that the food will not stick to it. You should only bake sausages directly on the grate. Chicken, steak, pork, tenderloin, and even fish should be baked on trays or aluminum foil. Check with fork whether the meat is ready before you serve it. Remember that vegetables don't need as much time on the grill as meat. Best vegetables for grilling are zucchini, eggplant, peppers, tomatoes and onions. Grilled mushrooms also taste very good.
